IMAGINITES is a compilation of creative talent working together to produce and distribute quality entertainment (motion pictures and music). Budgets are determined by methodical negotiations through a network of distribution companies. Each production is its own entity and has a special purpose vehicle set up to carry the business of that particular motion picture or music project recording. Each motion picture is produced for commercial purposes and profitability. Ten per cent of all film earnings are donated to charitable ventures. Different producer/director teams continue an on-going philosophy of production development by direct contract to IMAGINITES. IMAGINITES' chief aim is to develop, produce and distribute full-length feature motion picture films, with commercial viability, acceptable to mass audiences internationally. Radical, Anti-ordinary, Compelling, Entertainment that is Remarkable. International distribution occurs through a network of Majors, mini-majors, independents and agents.

In the IMAGINITES growth strategy, the traditional forms of distribution are accounted for (i.e. worldwide traditional and High Definition theatrical cinema chains, home video, national television, syndications, cable, etc.), but so too are the more convergent distribution technologies accounted for, for example auxiliary channels and internet streaming.
